Begin by cutting all the card pieces from the Cricut project file provided above. All the images used are available with Cricut Access. The Santa image does involve some tiny pieces, for which your craft tweezers will come in handy.

First, let’s put together the adorable surfer Santa. Using the White Lessebo base, I started at the top of his head gluing his hat, beard, sunglasses, and face using liquid glue. I then worked my way down his body, gluing the Stardream Jupiter t-shirt, Lessebo Cherry shorts, and Woodstock Cosmoscio arms/legs. My craft tweezers worked perfectly for holding all the tiny cuts.
Now you can finish gluing Santa’s festive surfboard with colorful red and white arrows. I saved Santa’s mouth for last, which really brought his jolly face to life.

Next, glue your large wave to the front of the Azure Blue flat card. By the looks of this swell… surf’s up! Then, add the “Warm Wishes” sentiment. I love how the words shimmer from the gorgeous Stardream Jupiter cardstock!
At this point, I decided that Santa needed a little tropical ‘Christmas tree’ for the background of the card. You can add any type of festive rubber stamp or embossing in the background of the card as desired. I purchased this rubber stamp in a small shop in Hawaii last year, which felt very fitting for this tropical holiday card.

Finally, it’s time to add Santa to his holiday vacation scene. You can use liquid glue, or add some dimension by attaching him with foam tape. With that, this simple "Christmas in July" inspired greeting card is complete!
