Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the original delivery date. Items must be in new, unopened condition.

How to Request a Return

  • Email info@cardstock-warehouse.com with "Return Authorization Request - Order #[Your Number]" in the subject line.
  • Include the item descriptions, quantities, and the reason for the return.
  • Wait for an email with specific return Instructions before shipping.

Refunds & Fees

  • Refunds are processed within 72 hours of receipt and inspection. The following will be deducted from your refund:
  • Original shipping fees (including those waived by free or flat shipping)
  • A 15–20% restocking fee (minimum $10 per order).
  • Any carrier fees resulting from incorrect addresses.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened/used items or those without a Return Authorization
  • Custom-cut orders and cut card order quantitiies of 250 (10 packs) or more per product, samples, single sheets, dicontinued and final sales, and "Almost Perfect" paper.
  • Discontinued/Warehouse Sale items and Professional Swatch Decks.
  • Returns received after the 30-day deadline.
  • Returns received damaged - see Shipping Your Returns below.

Shipping Your Return

  • You are responsible for return postage, tracking, and insurance.
  • Items damaged during return shipping are not eligible for a refund and default to insurance claim.
  • Returns must be shipped in a new box. Cardstock Warehouse will not facilitate shipping damage insurance claims for items returned in a reused shipping box as used shipping boxes lose their integrity and almost always result in damages.

Shipping Damage

  • Shipping Damage of items shipped to you: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@cardstock-warehouse.com. Include:
    • Order number and list of damaged items.
    • Photos of the product with product label
    • Photos of damage
    • Photos of all sides of the shipping box and the shipping label.
    • No refunds/replacements for items that have been used or altered.
    • Note: Keep all items, shipping box and packaging materials until the claim is resolved.

Defective Items

  • Manufacturing Defects in your order: Must be reported within 7 days.
    • Order number and list of items affected
    • Nature of defect
    • Photos showing defect
    • items must be in original packaging
    • No refunds/replacements for items that have been used or altered.

Amazon and Walmart Orders

  • All orders placed through Amazon or Walmart must be managed exclusively through your Amazon or Walmart account and their customer service.
  • We cannot cancel or refund Amazon or Walmart orders directly.
