I start every project with laying out all my pieces so I can see where I want to begin. In the photo below, disregard the Rose Quartz curved Arch pieces as I cut pieces I didn’t need and they’ve already been removed from the file).

I always start by assembling my shakers because it’s my favorite part. :)

I glued my Turquoise strip onto my Amethyst open arch, and then glued that onto my Pink Sapphire open arch. Once that was all glued together, I used my Beacon glue to add the acetate.

I grabbed my two foam pieces and glued them together using Beacon’s silicone glue. I used two pieces just to give a bit more room for the confetti to move around, but you can absolutely just use one if you desire. If your machine doesn't cut foam, you can also use thin foam tape. After my blue foam pieces were dry, I glued them onto the small Amethyst arch to create the base for my shaker.

While those pieces dried, I began assembling my half arches and my rose together. For the rose, I added Bearly Arts glue to the back of the outline, and glued onto the Rose Quartz rose piece. I then added some foam tape on the back to give some height in between the rose and leaves layers. I also added foam in between each layer of my half arch and stuck them together starting with the MirriCard Gold and ending with the Rose Quartz. I also filled my shaker with confetti and glitter.

The background layer gives me an indication of where each part should be attached to line up properly.

Next, I added foam on the half layer portion of the background of my cake topper so that my assembled arch could fit right on top.

I followed by adding foam under my rose to add some depth and then placed foam under my Shaker (left side only) before I attached the shaker onto the topper.

Lastly, I attached my cake stick and gave it a nice little shake ;)
