Shipping Policy and Information
Shipping & Rates
- Destinations: USA and Canada.
- Rates: Calculated at checkout based on location and weight. Free shipping available for qualifying orders in the contiguous US.
- Canada: Customers pay all duties and taxes at delivery. Refused orders are non-refundable.
Fulfillment & Timing
- Processing: Takes 1–3 business days before shipping. Priority given to expedited shipping orders. No weekend/holiday shipping.
- Transit: Estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. West Coast delivery can take up to 6 business days.
Delivery Instructions & Issues
- Instructions: We cannot set delivery instructions. Use your tracking number on the USPS or UPS sites to provide them directly.
- Lost/Stolen: We are not responsible for packages once marked "Delivered." Contact the carrier to file a claim.
- Missing/Incorrect: Check your packing list and email us within 24 hours of delivery.
Shipping Damage
- Shipping Damage: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@cardstock-warehouse.com. Include:

- Order number and list of damaged items.
- Photos of the product with product label
- Photos of damage
- Photos of all sides of the shipping box and the shipping label.
- No refunds/replacements for items that have been used or altered.
- Note: Keep all items, shipping box and packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
