Return, Refund and Cancellation


Returns

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, however, should you wish to return your order, you may request a return provided we receive the return within 30 days from your original delivery date.

Requesting Your Return

  • Email info@cardstock-warehouse.com to request a Return Authorization.
  • Enter "Return Authorization Request - Order # 
    (your original order number)
    in the subject line of your email. 
  • Provide complete description and quantity of each item to be returned.
  • Provide the reason for your return - we may contact you for additional information.
  • You will receive an email with Return Instructions.

Please note the following information about your return and what can be expected in your refund:

  • Items must be returned in original unopened packaging and in new condition.
  • Returned items must be received by us within 30 days of original delivery.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, we will refund the product purchase price, less original shipping fees and discount adjustments 
  • Additional fees may be deducted from your refund as follows:
    • Restocking fees charged at the discretion of Cardstock Warehouse range from 15% to 20%.
    • Orders that shipped flat or free will be refunded less the actual cost of shipping the refunded items.
    • Return postage fees charged by the carrier due to incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Refunds are usually processed within 72 hours after we receive and process your return.

 Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Opened and used items
  • Items in less than new condition
  • Items returned without a Return Authorization
  • Items damaged during delivery to the customer that are not reported to us as damaged within 48 hours of receipt of package. Please inspect packages promptly. See Shipping Policy "Damaged Items".
  • Returns to us that are damaged during shipping are not refundable and cannot be returned to sender. See "Packaging Your Return" below.
  • Custom-cut items, sample sheets, single sheets, Almost Perfect Paper, discontinued items, Warehouse Sale items, and the Professional Swatch Deck are not eligible for return
  • Returns received after the 30 days return deadline
  • Refused Canadian Orders
  • Shipping costs due to shipping delays
  • If manufacturing defects are discovered after delivery, buyer must timely and rightfully notifies the seller of the non-conformity, no later than 14 days of receipt, and buyer remains in full possession of the merchandise. No refunds or replacements will be made for product that is altered and/or used in any way, regardless of defect. Defects do not include shipping damage or issues detailed in our Disclaimer

Packaging Your Return

  • Choose the shipping carrier of your choice for the return
  • Carefully follow the Return Instructions emailed to you
  • You will be responsible for return postage
  • Request tracking and insurance for your return package
  • Insurance claims for loss or carrier damage of returned items are the responsibility of the customer

Cancellations

  • Because we strive to ship same-day, we kindly ask that any change requests, additions or order cancellations to orders be made as soon as possible. We will do our best to make any changes to your order or intercept orders before they move to the warehouse for processing, after which time changes and cancellations can no longer be made.

Amazon

Orders placed on Amazon.com are fulfilled by Amazon and all customer service regarding orders must be handled through Amazon.

We cannot cancel, refund or replace orders placed through the Amazon.com website. All customer service for Amazon orders must be handled through your Amazon account and with Amazon customer service. Please go to Amazon Help: Returns & Refunds for further information.
