Hi everyone! Natasha of @PoliteCreations, joining you with a fun card, sure to make the recipient chuckle. Sometimes you're having a bad day or life feels tough. This card is the perfect way to send a little laugh to someone who might need a smile when things are hard!
Supplies:
- Cardstock Warehouse cardstock paper:
- Spellbinders Dumpster Fire Clear Stamp & Die Set, and Essential Arches Etched Dies
- Versafine Ink
- White Pen
- Tools
- Die Cutting Machine
- MISTI Stamping Platform
- Adhesive
- Optional: Gems and Sparkle Pen
Start by die cutting all of the elements to make the dumpster. I used Flamingo for the main dumpster section, Rosa for the small pieces that accent the dumpster, Ebony for the small details, and Factory Yellow and Arancio for the flames.
The dumpster comes together quickly. Adhere all of the elements into place following the packaging guide, leaving the orange layer of the fire for last. Add foam squares behind the yellow flame to add dimension before adding the orange flame.
Use the white pen to add highlights to the flames and around the dumpster.

Now let's work on the card base. Die cut an arch from White, then stamp a sentiment of your choice along the bottom.
Die cut a larger arch from Factory Yellow and adhere that onto an A2 panel of Arancio. Stamp another sentiment along the bottom of the yellow arch. Now adhere the white arch centered onto the yellow arch and add the dumpster.

To complete the card, I used a glitter pen to add a bit of sparkle inside the dumpster’s mouth and popped a few gems into place. I love how adorable this dumpster is, and I think the sentiment is really hilarious! Sometimes you're just having one of those days...
