Hey there, Crafty Friends! Kayla here from Gray + Oliver Paper.
It’s officially my favorite time of year and by far my oldest’s favorite holiday, HALLOWEEN! I mean, I really can’t blame him. All the fun family activities, the crisp cool air, and the decorations, and all the treats are a plus too!
So today on the blog, I am going to show you how to make a fun Halloween sign.
Let’s get into it!
SUPPLIES:
To begin, I am going to start by opening up Design Space and finding the cut file for #MF850387 by Rob and Bob on Cricut.
I took a square image and added my dimensions of the wooden board I am using and placed it behind the cut image and resized so it will fit perfectly.
Once you have the sizing in place, choose your colors and begin cutting! For this project, I used both traditional and non-traditional halloween colors and I absolutely love how it turned out!
Now it is time to assemble! I am using both the 2-way zig pen and crafter’s tape to assemble these pieces together.
Once all the cut pieces are glued together, I am going in on the backside and adding dabs of hot glue to adhere the phrase to the wooden board.
And there we have it! An easy DIY Halloween sign!
I just love the way it looks on my mantel with my paper bats!
Thanks for hanging out and I can’t wait to see what you create for Halloween! Share them with us on our Instagram or Facebook page, and use #cardstockwarehouse for a chance to be featured on our page!
Happy Crafting and Happy Halloween!
