This morning I accidentally spilled my Pumpkin Spice Latte, and now a bunch of ants are making brunch plans and doing yoga.
Supplies:
- Cardstock Warehouse Cardstock Papers in Brown Box Kraft, Natural, Bright White, and Lockwood Green
- Cricut Machine
- Cricut Marker in black 0.4 fine tip
- Free for Personal Use Pumpkin Spice Latte SVG (click the link, right-click to save)
- Liquid adhesive
- Hot glue gun
- White silk ribbon in 3/8 inch
Spice up your holiday décor with this fun PSL banner by following these directions.
Begin by uploading the PSL SVG into your die cutting machine software. Once uploaded, resize the image to match the desired dimensions you’ve decided to make this banner. For reference, I sized the cups pictured to five inches in height. Once you’ve sized the cup, select the words ‘Decaf, Drink, PSL, and the two squares’ and change the Linetype to draw. Weld each of the letters together in their own separate words and attach the words and two squares to the cup where they are overlaid. Then you are ready to cut your pieces!
Also for reference, I cut eight cups for the banner pictured and it was the perfect amount. Once everything has been cut, organize the pieces into separate piles.
To assemble the cups, begin by taking the two pieces for the cup top and glue the longer thin rectangle on top of the cup top. Then attach this cup top to the top of the cup. Next, do an image search for ‘Pumpkin’ in Cricut Design Space Images and select the pumpkin you like best and cut this out in the Lockwood Green Cardstock. Attach this pumpkin to the center of the cup sleeve and attach the sleeve to the center of the cup between the two drawn on squares.
Continue this process until you have eight complete cups.
Next, using a hot glue gun, attach the ribbon to the backs of each cup making sure to space them evenly.
Your banner is now assembled and you’re ready to find a place to hang it up! I chose the cabinets right above my coffee machine! Comment below on where you’ve decided to hang yours!
