Hi, Crafty Friends!! I’m back today with the cutest wagon that can be used for various holidays and birthdays. While I decided to get this one Fall/Halloween ready, I’ve already envisioned it for Easter and Christmas! 😅
This wagon is super simple to assemble - it can literally be done in about 10-15 minutes, so it’s the perfect piece for decor or last-minute gifting!
Materials:
- Cardstock Warehouse cardstock papers:
- Cutting Machine (I’m using a Cricut)
- Cut File: Wagon SVG/Studio File
- Adhesives:
- Scoring Wheel or Stylus (Optional)
Add the file linked above to your die cutting machine’s software and format it for your color preferences. If you choose to resize the wagon, make sure to select all of the pieces before resizing to maintain proportions. Cut your pieces. I'm using Colorplan paper because I love the colors and it's a nice weight for 3d crafts.
*Note: The box file contains dashed cut lines to make folding easier, but the wheels have an optional score line to use. The score line on the wheels is made at the half point so that you can make sure each wheel is perfectly lined up so the wagon doesn’t tilt over. If you don’t want to use the score line, simply delete it. If you do want to use it, don’t forget to “attach” it before cutting.
To begin the assembly on the wagon, I folded along the dashed cut lines and used hot glue to fold the tabs inward along all four sides.

Now we’ll begin working on the wheels. I suggest doubling up the pieces if you plan to use heavier objects so the wheels can withstand the weight. Once you grab the scored wheel, add glue to one half of it and place it towards the wagon so it can be glued directly on it. You also have the option of adding a foamie to the smaller wheel rim or gluing it directly on. You’ll want to do this for all four wheels. I also found it easiest to lay the wagon on its side so I can see where to line up the scored wheels.

Next, I glued all of my words and small decor pieces together. My ghost clip art came from Design Space, and the font I used is called “Soul Wave”. Now you can place your decor pieces however you’d like on the wagon.
Lastly, we’re going to add the handle. Depending on the length you’d like it to be, fold a piece inwards and add some glue. We’ll stick it centered to the bottom of the box.

Now the fun part - let’s fill up the wagon with treats! You can customize this little wagon for any occasion and fill it with whatever treats or gifts you like! You could even fill it with pumpkins to use as decor!
I hope this project inspired you to Make Something Beautiful®!
