Note: Cut Card quantity per product in excess of 20 packs is considered a custom cut order and not eligible for return or refund.
To assist you in selecting the ideal paper for your project, we offer **paper samples** for color matching and testing with your specific application. We strongly recommend testing samples before purchasing in quantity.
**Printing:** Cardstock Warehouse provides best-practice recommendations for printing and other applications, based on our in-house testing and specifications from the manufacturing paper mills. Most of our papers are compatible with conventional printing and processing methods; however, we cannot guarantee performance due to the wide variety of consumer and professional printers, processing equipment, inks, adhesives, and techniques. Each may produce different results on the same paper. If you plan to use a professional printer or converter, we recommend consulting them directly.
**Color:** We take great care to photograph product colors accurately, but device screens and monitors may vary. Photographs are intended as a guide only. When exact color is critical, **order samples** before placing a larger order. Note: Color may vary slightly from one run to another.
**Industry Cutting Tolerance:** We use commercial electronic guillotine cutters and precision cutting/scoring equipment to cut paper and cardstock products to industry-standard tolerances of **±1/32" to 1/16" (approximately ±0.8 mm to 1.6 mm)** in either direction for finished size. This range accounts for normal mechanical variables including blade condition, material properties, clamping pressure, and sheet alignment.
Cardstock Warehouse Paper Co, Inc. is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages or losses related to color, printing, application results, or information provided—whether verbal, written, or on this website. Final responsibility for outcomes rests with the customer.

Why Samples Are Non-Negotiable
Years of experience have taught us that ordering paper sight-unseen is risky. Here’s why we always recommend starting with samples:
Feel the Quality — Experience the exact weight, texture, and finish in your hands to ensure it matches both your project’s needs and your creative vision.
See True Color — Online images can be misleading due to screen settings, lighting, and photography. Paper can appear to be a perfect match on a screen, but look different in real life. Samples let you see the real shade and how it coordinates with your wedding or event palette.
Prevent Costly Mistakes — Test print on the actual paper before placing a large order to avoid expensive reprints.
Save Time & Money — Skip the frustration, returns, and reordering process by making the right choice the first time.
Don’t Rush the Details
Planning a beautiful project takes time. Starting early gives you room for design decisions, proofs, and unexpected delays.
Ordering physical samples is quick, easy, and the smartest first step.
