Print Services Terms and Conditions

I certify that I have complied with the Print File Setup Requirements and that I own or hold all necessary rights to the content being printed. I agree to respond within 14 business days to any requests for digital proof approval, additional information, or file corrections. The quoted product price includes original file setup plus two file resubmissions; additional resubmissions are subject to a $10 fee per submission, billed in advance. Proof print orders cancelled after production work has begun are eligible for shipping refund only, less any unpaid proof processing charges. Print orders cancelled after digital proof work has begun are eligible for a full refund less a $10 proof processing fee per item. Items ship within 3–5 business days after file submission or proof approval, although shipping times are estimates and may be subject to delays. Prints are final once the digital or printed proof is approved and are not eligible for refund or free reprint due to any errors discovered after proof approval. We reserve the right to decline the processing and printing of files that do not reflect our printing standards.
