Print Order Processing Information
Physical Printed Proofs
We strongly recommend ordering a physical printed proof before your full production run. It is the best way to evaluate color, paper stock, texture, finish, and overall appearance exactly as your final piece will look. Please note that proofs and full orders are placed separately.
File Review for Quality
To deliver the best possible results, our print specialists review every file to ensure they meet print setup requirements. This step includes test-printing your file to verify that all elements display correctly.
To prevent production delays, please review our Printing Services Guide and carefully check that your files meet Print File Setup Requirements before submitting. Your print pricing includes this preprint review for your initial file submission, up to 2 revised file submissions, and full setup.
Print Proof Approval for Full Orders
When you are ready to place your full order, simply enter your proof order number at checkout. This lets us know you approve the test print and allows us to securely reuse the exact same file.
Digital Proofs
Digital proofs are excellent for reviewing content, layout, and text. However, they cannot accurately represent physical paper texture, finish, or exact ink density. Screen colors are approximate estimates only. Your device’s individual settings, calibration, and brightness affect how the artwork appears on screen. While we guarantee precise printing on your selected paper, no screen can perfectly match the final physical print.
Ink Options
We love bringing your colorful visions to life! We print in black, full color, white ink, and white ink underlay. Please see Designing for White Ink for full design details.
Variable Data
To save you time, we offer free variable data merging for envelopes and place cards. See The Basics of Variable Data below for formatting instructions.
Production Quality
Your projects are crafted using professional printing presses along with precision cutting and scoring equipment. All production stays safely within standard industry tolerances for a beautiful, clean finish.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days following receipt of the order and print-ready file(s) or final digital proof approval. Production times may vary slightly during high-volume seasonal periods or for exceptionally large orders. Because we give every project our full focus, we do not currently offer rush production.
Shipping & Transit
When choosing your shipping method, please remember that expedited and rush shipping options only affect the transit time after your order leaves our facility. Shipping speeds do not include the 3–5 day processing time.
