Hi friends! Ivy here from @ivypinkmade with a fun Easter decor project. Easter is just around the corner and I just started decorating. The colors in the Cardstock Warehouse Pretty in Pastels multi-pack are perfect for this project.
Supplies:
The first thing you need to do is choose the colors you want to use for each section.
Use a bone folder to trace the slit so you know where to cut. Flip the egg over and trace it with a pencil for the egg shape. Hand cut with scissors.
Once you have the pieces cut, use a flower die to cut flowers on each layer.
Then die-cut flowers on the white diamond glitter cardstock.
You will need a smaller flower die to cut in the center of the white glitter flower.
Fill in the layered cardstock with flowers and cover the back part with an opposite color.
Use a cutting machine to cut out lots of tiny bunnies using this bunny svg.
I used my Cricut Maker to cut out rolled flowers and leaves. These are the files I used.
Use an adhesive runner to adhere all the pieces on to the wooden egg.
The tiny bunnies are optional but I think they add a little dimension to the egg.
Use a hot glue gun to adhere the rolled flowers on top.
Now your Easter egg decor is finished!
We would love to see your Easter creations!
