DIY Birthday Gift Wrapper

January is a great time of year to get some of your yearly planning accomplished. The holidays are over and there should be plenty of time to get some ideas together for the new year.

This year I had the idea to do an easy and fun birthday gift that I plan to have stockpiled and ready to give at a moment's notice.

I came up with this fun soap and towel combo! We all know we could use some extra soap and an extra towel laying around to help keep our hands clean and ourselves healthy. The towel gift wrapper is a fun and beautiful way to combine a card and the gift wrap all in one as well. Let’s get to work and create this fun birthday gift idea!

After cutting out all of your paper pieces, start the assembly process by attaching the Diamond White cardstock piece to the large Smoke cardstock piece using glue. Set aside.

Glue the greenery between the two layers of cardstock that make the “Happy Birthday” sentiment sign. Set aside.

Create the flowers using a dot of glue and layering two of the layers of petals together. After the glue dries, gently curl up the top layer of petals to give the flowers dimension.

Fold the towel so there is a little “pocket” on the inside of the towel. Slide the soap bottle into the pocket you just made.
