Rainbow Friend Handmade Card

Hello crafty friends! I hope you're having a great day! Today, I'm so excited to share with you this quick and easy rainbow card.

Technique Tuesday You Are My Sunshine Stamp Set

First, using a trimmer, I cut an A2 sized (4.25x5 inch) panel from White Lessebo card stock. I then applied 3 lines of adhesive tape.

After I used the Waffle Flower Stripes Die set to cut the stripes for my rainbow, I adhered them to the panel.

Next, I used the Spellbinders Cloud die to cut the cloud from Lessebo White card stock. I then used Lessebo Pitch Black card stock and Spellbinders Dancin’ Hearts to die cut and create the face for the cloud. I also added a bit of ink to the bottom of the cloud.

Next, I used Honey Bee stamps Friend die to cut the sentiment twice from Lessebo Black card stock and once from Black Mirror cardstock. I'm then going to use liquid adhesive to stack the sentiments, which will add dimension to the card.

Next, I positioned the panel on the MISTI and stamped the sentiment.

Next, I adhered the Friend sentiment to the panel with liquid adhesive. I then adhered the panel to an A2 (4.25x5.5) top folded card base.

After using foam tape to adhere the cloud to the card, I then added 2 iridescent embellishments to the card.
